Production Complex with Auxiliary Facilities

The purpose of the production complex is the manufacturing of faucets. The design and construction of the main building were organized in three phases, following the functional units and technological processes of production.
The first construction phase included the administrative section (P+1), a technical block (P+1), a production hall for mechanical processing and assembly of parts, and a finished goods warehouse, as well as supporting auxiliary facilities (a gatehouse, a pumping station with storage tanks, and canopies for employee rest areas).
The second phase involved the expansion of production with the addition of a foundry hall, while the third phase included the construction of a galvanization hall, both accompanied by their respective administrative sections.
