TOYO TYRE Industrial Facility

TOYO Tyre Industrial facility consists of multiple facilities, including: a production building (single-storey, with a partial first floor), a warehouse building (single-storey), an office and administrative building (headquarters, ground floor plus one storey), a mixing building (ground floor plus three storeys), facilities for the reception and storage of carbon black and silica (single-storey), and auxiliary structures such as canopies, gatehouses, advertising totems, platforms for chimneys, power generators and technical gases, transformer stations, a switchgear facility, a nitrogen substation, a truck scale, an oil station, a sprinkler and fire hydrant water tank, a test track, and a hazardous waste storage facility.
The purpose of the facilities within this industrial complex is the reception and storage of primary raw materials and substances, as well as the production of rubber compounds from these raw materials. The process includes mixing natural and synthetic rubber, silica, carbon black, and various additives to obtain final rubber compounds used in the rolling mill. The final compound is produced in the form of rubber strips (rubber sheets), which are then used in the production building for the manufacture of automotive tires.
The production process begins with the entry of raw materials from the mixing facility located on the southwestern side of the production hall and continues through automated transportation, palletizing, and storage of finished products, with the finished tires exiting on the northeastern side of the facility.
The tire manufacturing process in the production hall consists of the following stages:
• Semi-finished product manufacturing;
• Tire building (green tire assembly);
• Daily curing/resting of green tires;
• Vulcanization of green tires;
• Final finishing and quality inspection.
The constructed test track is used for testing finished products from the production program.
