Indoor Swimming Pool with Supporting Facilities

The indoor swimming pool facility features a 25 × 21 m pool constructed in accordance with FINA standards for swimming competitions, with spectator stands providing seating for 80 visitors.
In addition to hosting training sessions and recreational activities, the complex includes a smaller pool measuring 8 × 12 m and a circular hydromassage pool with a diameter of 9 m.
The building consists of a basement, ground floor, and two upper floors (B+G+2). The facility accommodates spaces for public users, including changing rooms and sanitary facilities, a snack bar, a fitness gym, and a wellness center. It also contains areas for staff use, such as offices, changing rooms, and sanitary facilities, as well as a technical block housing all systems required for pool operation, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), and electrical installations.
The building is located in the town center, adjacent to the football stadium.
