Production, Warehouse and Commercial Complex

The production complex “Sika Srbija” was built in 2013/2014 in Šimanovci.In the first phase of construction, the following facilities were built: an administrative building, a production and warehouse facility with associated laboratory, social and technical areas, a flammable materials warehouse, a sand canopy, a technology tower, a gatehouse, a fire water reservoir with a pumping station, a weighbridge, a transformer station, as well as internal roads, maneuvering areas, parking spaces, a perimeter fence, and all necessary infrastructure.
Phase 2 of the expansion in 2015 included the extension of the warehouse space and foundations for silos.
Phase 3 of the expansion involved the construction of a new production and warehouse facility with a sand canopy and a tower with raw material silos and bagging facilities.
Phase 4 included the vertical extension of the administrative building, expansion of foundations for new silos, and enlargement of the parking area.
