Production complex with auxiliary buildings

The subject production complex for the production of components for the automotive industry was built within the “Mali Bajmok” industrial park in Subotica. Within the complex, a total of 9 buildings and 2 underground retentions were built in both phases, of which the main production facility with accompanying storage space, office blocks and a forklift charging station were built. The number of floors of the buildings is P, P+1 and P+2, and the maximum height is 12m. Internal roads, parking spaces, open plateaus and pedestrian areas with a total area of ~26,600m2 were built within the complex in both phases.
