The industrial complex consists of several facilities, including a Production Hall and Production Annex with associated supporting facilities (a water treatment plant and cooling system with cooling towers, a sprinkler pumping station with a water reservoir and pumping station, a transformer substation, a gatehouse, and a truck scale), predominantly single-storey with a partial first floor; a Raw Materials Warehouse with associated infrastructure, single-storey; and a Mixing Building with associated external infrastructure, access roads, and landscaping, consisting of a ground floor and three upper storeys.
Technical documentation was prepared for both Phase 1 and Phase 2 of construction for all facilities. The buildings constructed to date comprise the entirety of Phase 1 and selected portions of Phase 2. Separate technical documentation was also prepared for the finished-products storage yards, the liquid nitrogen station, and the extension and reconstruction of part of Production Hall TC-2.
The facilities within the complex are interconnected in accordance with the functional and technological sequence of the manufacturing process. The primary transportation of raw materials from the warehouse to the mixing building is carried out by elevators and horizontal conveyor systems. The mixing building is located approximately 14.0 m from the warehouse. Material transfer to the mixing building is performed via freight elevators to an elevation above +6.20 m. An opening has been provided in the warehouse façade through which materials are transported by conveyor systems across a connecting bridge above the industrial railway track to the mixing building, where the mixing and rolling processes are performed to produce rubberized fabric.
The rubberized fabric is then transported to the production hall, where the manufacturing process begins with the intake of raw materials on the northern side of the building and concludes with the dispatch of finished products on the southern side. The finished tires are palletized and transported for storage within the factory complex.
The tire manufacturing process in the production hall consists of the following stages:
• Semi-finished product manufacturing;
• Green tire assembly;
• Spraying/coating of green tires;
• Vulcanization of green tires;
• Final finishing and quality inspection.
The production hall has undergone several reconstruction works over time to accommodate the installation of new machinery and equipment.
