Production Complex with Auxiliary Buildings

A production complex for the production of components for the automotive industry was built within the northern industrial zone in Pančevo. A total of 9 buildings were built within the complex, with the main building being a production facility with accompanying storage space, two office blocks and storage of flammable liquids. The number of floors of the building is P and P+1, the maximum height is 12m, while the maximum footprint of the building is ~275x204m. In addition to the main building, 8 auxiliary buildings were also built: two guard houses, a MEP building, two canopies for bicycles, two waste and washing facilities, and a sprinkler and hydrant pump station with tanks. Internal roads, parking spaces, open plateaus and pedestrian areas with a total area of ~34,600m2 have been built within the complex.
