Production and Warehouse Complex – KRG 4 (3 phases)

Within the existing industrial zone in Kragujevac, the construction of a new production and warehouse facility with accompanying auxiliary buildings is planned. The planned building consists of level GF, GF+1level, and its purpose is industrial activity related to the production of secondary packaging – cardboard boxes, as well as the storage of finished products and incoming raw materials for secondary packaging production.In addition to the main building, auxiliary facilities are planned within the complex, including gatehouses, a pumping station with a sprinkler tank, canopies for smokers and bicycles, all positioned to meet the functional and infrastructural requirements of the complex.The project also includes a new traffic and circulation solution for the complex, integrated with the existing production complex on the adjacent plot. Landscape design is also planned in accordance with local regulations aimed at enhancing green areas within the territory of the City of Kragujevac.
