The R&D Center will be a specialized organizational unit within Toyo Tire complex dedicated to research, innovation, and the development of new products. The purpose of such a center is to drive innovation, improve existing solutions, or create entirely new ones in order to increase the organization’s competitiveness, efficiency and sustainability, without increasing the production capacity of the complex.
The facility is planned to include experimental spaces where rubber products will be manufactured, laboratories for testing the produced materials, offices for data processing and analysis, as well as spaces for presentations, showcasing test results, and employee training.
The R&D Center building is rectangular in shape, with approximate overall dimensions of 79.20 m x 28.20 m, and forms a single functional unit. The building ranges in height from Ground Floor + 1 (eastern wing) to Ground Floor + 2 (western wing), with an additional single-story technical annex block.
The building can be divided into two main sections: the eastern wing, which contains laboratories and spaces for testing and analysis of completed experiments, and the western wing, which houses an experimental-type “production” area, together with a conference hall and the main employee offices, where presentations, data processing, and research achievements will be conducted.
