Industrial Complex „MIND PARK“

The industrial complex consists of several industrial buildings, including production halls with administrative annexes and technical blocks: AVENIO, ALUMINUM, STEEL, and PAINT SHOP. The complex also includes auxiliary facilities such as gatehouses, canopies, technical gas stations, a power distribution facility, pumping stations and reservoirs for the fire hydrant and sprinkler systems, biological wastewater treatment plants, traffic and handling areas, and sidewalks adjacent to the buildings.
As part of the technical documentation, design documentation was prepared for the external infrastructure, comprising three access roads with a width of 6 meters and a total length of 1,870 meters, including landscaping. The following utility infrastructure is routed along these roads: water supply, sanitary sewerage, stormwater drainage, fire hydrant network, electrical power distribution network, telecommunications network, and a natural gas pipeline connection
