Belgrade East Logistics Complex (6 phases)

The logistics complex, in its full planned development scope, consists of a total of six (6) phases and includes the construction of 10 types of main warehouse and/or warehouse-production facilities, along with auxiliary buildings, internal traffic and parking areas.The complex is intended for the storagebuildings of consumer goods, while the business building is planned to serve as the administrative center of the complex with an integrated canteen. The warehouse-production facilities are designed to accommodate less demanding manufacturing processes. Building sizes vary in order to provide flexibility for different types of tenants within the complex.Auxiliary facilities (gatehouses, pumping stations with water tanks, canopies for smokers and bicycles) are positioned to fulfill all functional and infrastructural requirements of each phase of the complex individually.The project also includes a new traffic and circulation solution with internal roads, parking spaces for passenger and trucks, as well as internal pedestrian and bicycle paths. Landscape design is planned in accordance with local regulations, together with the addition of outdoor amenities such as sports activity zones, nature seating areas, and barbecue spaces, with the aim of creating a pleasant environment for all employees.
